These Terms of Service govern your use of the Izzy Deals website, membership and related communications. By creating a membership, submitting a form or otherwise using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Izzy Deals membership is free. You agree to provide accurate information when you join and to keep your contact details current. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your membership. We may suspend or end a membership at any time, including for misuse of the service or for conduct that harms other members or our partners.

Izzy Deals curates offers made available by third-party merchants. We do not sell the products or services featured in those offers, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and a merchant. Availability, pricing, eligibility, expiration and all other terms of an offer are set and may be changed or withdrawn by the merchant at any time without notice to us.

Any purchase you make is governed by the merchant's own terms, privacy practices, returns policy and warranties. Questions about an order, a refund or a delivery should be directed to the merchant. We may receive compensation when members use certain offers; this does not change the price you pay.

If you opt in, Izzy Deals may send recurring automated service updates, account notifications and — where you have separately consented — marketing and promotional messages to the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP for help. Consent is not required for purchasing products or services.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on factors outside our control, including your carrier, device and coverage. For questions about our messaging program, contact info@izzydeals.com.

You agree not to misuse the service. That includes attempting to access accounts or systems without authorization, scraping or bulk-copying our content, interfering with the site's operation, reselling or redistributing member offers, submitting false information, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

The Izzy Deals name, logo, site design, written content and curated collections are owned by Izzy Deals or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. All other use requires our prior written permission. Merchant names and marks belong to their respective owners.

The service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that offer details are complete, current or error-free, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Izzy Deals and its officers, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any lost savings, profits or data, arising from your use of the service or from any transaction with a third-party merchant. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be announced by email or text where appropriate. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
